Return Windows

Terra Pure Linen Table Napkins — Set of 2, White Mustard: Contact us to request a return within 30 days after delivery. Napkins must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

For change-of-mind returns, products should be unused, undamaged, and returned with all included parts and original protective packaging. Returns are subject to inspection.

Start a Return

Please use our "Contact page" (/pages/contact) with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason.

Do not mail anything until we have provided return instructions. Items are supplied by independent fulfillment partners, and their return address might differ from the address on your shipment.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is generally at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless required by law or confirmed otherwise.

We will disclose applicable return label or handling charges before you proceed.

After an authorized return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. You may request a return if eligible and place a separate order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly through our "Contact page" (/pages/contact), preferably with photos and your order number.

We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Applicable statutory rights are not limited by the ordinary change-of-mind return windows.
